Hi ! I am Mr. Victor. I was brought up on beautiful Cat Ba Island and I am lucky enough to still be living and working here on my mother land.
Since Ha Long Bay became the World Natural Heritage Site in 1994 and Cat Ba Archipelago was officially recognized as a World Biosphere Reserve in April 2005 by UNESCO, more and more Vietnamese and International visitors have been coming to enjoy their vacations and discover the natural beauty we have here.
I have been working as a local tour guide for many years and have enjoyed developing my tourism knowledge. Know that I have opened my own small travel and tour agency I have more opportunities to meet different travelers and show them my home lands amazing natural beauty.

I set up Cat Ba Victor Tours in 2018 in order to organize the best tours, with local expertise and the best prices.
I am now running Private Balcony Hotel, 214, 1/4 street since 16th September 2018 in Cat Ba Town, and also my tours office is here. I have already had many customers who have experienced my tourism services. All of them have been very satisfied. If you are coming to Cat Ba Island you are welcome to visit our travel agency, I will give you free helpful tourist information or you can book a tour with us.
